A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our City based recruitment client. They are looking to recruit a junior secretary*administrator to join their busy administration team as soon as possible.
The main purpose of this role is to provide an efficient secretarial and administrative service to a busy team of consultants. Main duties will include formatting CVs, answering the phones and dealing with queries, typing, filing, faxing and all ad hoc adminsitration as necessary.
We are looking for 1-2 years administration experience, good working knowledge of Word and Excel and excellent communication skills. The environment is extremely lively and busy so this will suit somebody outgoing and positive with a good sense of humour.
